From assigning sufficient qualified staff resources, provisioning of appropriate tools to the establishment of rigorous program and project management techniques, Fusion PPT embeds Quality Assurance (QA) into all we do. Our QA approach prevents, reduces and eliminates problems that might compromise the ability to perform on time, within budget or according to the project order requirements.
We have assembled a Quality Management Review Board made up of our most experienced professionals to ensure all required functional and technical knowledge is represented for our projects and the Board serves as quality control check for key deliverables. This ensures quality, while simultaneously holding down costs.
Our approach includes:
• Establishing and monitoring metrics for project objectives
• Establishing quality management processes that include monitoring and assessing performance
• Coordinating with the Government stakeholders to establish quality objectives by deciding the scope and frequency of quality assessments and reporting policies
• Coordinating with other contractors regarding quality management
• Conducting periodic Quality Management Reviews
